SANS: Common Sample Changer OPI across all SANS Instruments

As an instrument scientist on the SANS instruments (LOQ, SANS2D, LARMOR, ZOOM) I would like my sample changer OPI to have a common look and feel so that I can have confidence in the behaviour of buttons and functions achieving the same result (e.g. home)

### Acceptance Criteria

1. There is a single OPI that looks and behaves in the same basic fashion for moving between samples and homing
1. This OPI will be updated in the release cycle

### Notes

1. There are some variations, e.g. LARMOR has a height stage to tweak some aspects
1. They may all be using the same OPI but it isn't obviously the same, or there are settings which mean it displays differently - this will need to be verified, and if that is the case they should be made to match
1. If the sample changers are specific for each setup, it should be possible to create a generic sample changer that can be run which looks the same with the ability to load the more specific sample changer there as a secondary option for when detail is needed
