Description
After talking to BusApps it looks like the user office WiFi authentication system might be something to hook into, it is aware of both the visit system and user office accounts, and only grants a user access if they have a valid visit active. Users will be creating visits for experiments in the September cycle even if they will not be coming onsite.
## Acceptance Criteria
* VNC is tested against the BusApps authentication system
* It is documented how this is set up
