Description
As a developer I would like to be made aware when parts of the EPICS server break. As of https://github.com/ISISComputingGroup/IBEX/issues/5513 we are running the EPICS unit tests (but many of them are [disabled](https://github.com/ISISComputingGroup/IBEX/issues/5539). These tests publish their results through TAP files, which there is a [Jenkins plugin](https://plugins.jenkins.io/tap/) for but we do not currently publish.
## Acceptance Criteria
* When TAP tests are run in jenkins these get shown in Jenkins in a similar way to our other unit tests
