PyDev Add user requested features

As a developer, I would like PyDev to behave and look a certain way.
This ticket inherits from https://github.com/ISISComputingGroup/IBEX/issues/1154 and https://github.com/ISISComputingGroup/IBEX/issues/5084. All the "console view" requirements have been implemented in this https://github.com/ISISComputingGroup/IBEX/issues/5084 ticket and all the "console" requirements are to be met in this ticket.

### Acceptance criteria:
1. Warn the user before they kill a console or disallow them from killing the console.
1. It would also be helpful if the console title could show
1. if a script is running
1. the name of the running script (if any)

### **Notes**
After Discussing with @DominicOram and @Tom-Willemsen part of this ticket is to fork PyDev so we can implement the requested feature.
