Description
As a POLARIS IS I would like to be able to see the error message displayed on the rotating sample changer without having to open the synoptic view, and a way to check that the error has not occurred before data collection starts.
== Acceptance Criteria ==
* A brief meeting has been had with the scientist to nail down the requirement
* Appropriate blocks have been created and changes have been made to scripts/run control to ensure data collection requirement
