Genie Python: Log exceptions from scripts

As a support person I want to be able to diagnose issues in users scripts quickly. Currently, if a scripting perspective is closed (either due to a crash or because the user closed the window) then all information about how the script ran is lost.

It would be helpful to add a log file containing exceptions thrown by genie python to more easily debug issues in the scripts, especially when the scripting window is no longer available (this was the case in #4832).
