IOC: Jasco - set concentrations without starting pump

As an instrument scientist, I would like a way to set concentrations on a Jasco pump that does not involve starting the pump so that I can be sure that I can set the concentrations on the pump I wish before starting to pump.

This allows the user to confirm the concentrations are set correctly before setting the pump into action. This may be important if I am pumping in chemicals that I can only do once or that will need cleaning from the sample. I want to be sure that the pump is receiving the concentration before I pump something weird onto it.

Acceptance Criteria

1. The concentrations are set and the readbacks show the concentrations that have just been set.
1. Answer the question "Is this lying to the user? I.e. are the concentrations actual what I would get if I click start not what I would get when clicked timed and vice versa?" If yes how do I fix that? Do I need two readbacks or an alarm if they are not the same?
