CVT record and PV Values

As a user I would like to be able "save" a calibration file as part of a configuration. This can be done using PV Values for most other PV types but does not work for calibration files due to the logic of how you must set INIT on the cvt record.

This was originally seen on the Eurotherm calibration files and requested by MARI but has been requested a number of times and will be required for Tritons too.
