Description
As a developer I would like to know what to do in the event of a power outage where galil all read 0 to do this I need to discuss the best thing to do with instrument scientists.
Options might include:
1. Doing nothing recover by manually alligning
1. Automatically recovering the last position through autosave (NB if the motor continue to move and the NDX goes down this will be incorrect)
1. Report the positions where we think the motors and/or theta will be restored to and let the user decide
This is a future ticket and is not needed for the initial release of the reflectometry server.
