GUI: On/Off buttons should be choice buttons

Description

As an instrument scientist I would like to be able to click Yes/No or On/Off not a button which toggles between the two states. A choice button rather than our ON/OFF button would be better. This ticket is to update the template and change new style OPIs. We do not wish to colour the buttons because it is not consistent between experiments what button are important. Currently there is a range of differently styled buttons that control critical features such as power or ramp modes. These are often grey and non-distinct buttons.

These should be visually distinct and have a standard appearance for all OPI's. These buttons should telegram their importance and should stand out from everything else. In the event of an emergency there should be no hesitation in being able to find these controls in the sea of grey.

Here is a typical Start/Stop button:

Here is an example of a standard Choice Select button with a changing colour style:
