Deploy: Config should validate against the schema

As a developer I would like a warning if the current xml synoptics and configurations do not validate against the schema. This should download the latest schemas from inst server and do the validation. This should be ok and not give too many false-positives because the schema usually evolves in a backward compatible manner.
