Description
As a muon scientist, I need to see the current vacuum pressure of the Separator and the status of the upstream and downstream valves.
#### Acceptance Criteria
1. I can view the current value of the vacuum pressure.
1. I can view the status of upstream gate value (UPSTREAM_GV).
1. The status is OPEN or CLOSED.
1. I can view the status of downstream gate value (DOWNSTREAM_GV).
1. The status is OPEN or CLOSED.

1. The vacuum pressure in the Kicker segment is measured by a TPG 300.
1. The vacuum valve statuses are read from the PLC.
