GUI : Configurations contain plots that are useful to the configuration

As a user of IBEX, it would be helpful when a configuration is opened for useful graphs previously defined to be recalled. This may involve graph details being saved in the configuration. It should be questioned as to whether these graphs should be allowed to be closed by the user - it would instead be necessary to remove the graphs from the configuration.
