Device screens: Can generate a list with duplicate names and stop edit screens dialog from opening

- From your local server, create a device screen that is saved to the server
- Change instrument
- Create a local device screen with the same name as the original
- Change back to your local instrument
- Both screens should now appear in your device screens list
- The edit device screens button no longer work and causes an exception in the GUI
