GUI: Scale motor perspective

The motors in the table of motors view currently have a static size. On bigger screens that means there is a lot of unused screen real estate.
Make the motor indicators scale with the window (with a minimum size threshold, we do not want them to get any smaller than they are currently). This way the view would fit better with the upcoming E4 GUI, and the change would also help avoid the newly added motor names being truncated.
