Stress rig commands: print to genie python log

As a supporter I would like the stress rig commands to log useful information to the genie python log to help with debugging. It should log the commands it reads from file, what it is executing (plus parameters), and also values of any stress/strain/position state it saves, and also the values it sends to the stress rig (in case something goes amiss or we spot a problem with ordering)
