Description
Reported by Ian Silverwood (IRIS):
Depending on the order of the Mk3 chopper IOC and OPI being started, sometimes the drop down menu on the OPI doesn't populate correctly.
Additionally, the setpoint appears to be in alarm (`UDF_ALARM`) despite having the correct value.
