Description
As an IBEX user I want to be certain that all my IOCs are raising appropriate alarms
**Acceptance Criteria**
1. Write and run a script to identify IOCs without Alarm groups
1. Add Alarm groups to those IOCs
1. Modify the script to be used as part of the standard IOC checks, is possible
