GUI: Don't allow modification operations in "view current configuration" window

As a user, I don't want the option of modifying configurations in the "view current configuration" window, it's misleading.

The view current configuration window is available when viewing a remote instrument. To be clear, the window won't actually let you persist changes to the instrument but it lets you make modifications locally which are ultimately discarded. This shouldn't be an option at all as it gives the mistaken impression that the configuration can be changed
