GUI: Review behaviour with smaller windows

As a user, I would like to be able to use the client when the window is not maximised or on a lower resolution screen. Several key issues have been identified already:

- In the Data Acquisition tab, there is **no way** to get to the Timing or Muons group boxes for small window sizes
- The time channels panel is unusable at low resolutions

As part of this ticket, please fix those issues and explore the GUI for other problems that might make the interface difficult or impossible to use
