Related to https://github.com/ISISComputingGroup/IBEX/issues/2007 and https://github.com/ISISComputingGroup/IBEX/issues/2001
The workflow to delete a component that is contained in a number of configurations means that you to edit all these configurations first, this is tedious.
Allow a 'force delete' which will cause the blockserver to go through these components and modify them to remove the component. The user needs to be made aware of this!
