GUI: Do not automatically set filter value when selecting from list

When selecting an item from a list (e.g. PV selector when creating a new block) the value of the selected cell is instantly filled into the list search filter above, resulting in the list to be cleared apart from the already selected item. This adds nothing to the user experience and makes it unnecessarily difficult to correct slips.

Same for the Instrument selection list (and possibly other places)
