GUI: Sample parameters in experiment details update on change

Description
Currently the experiment details panel is inconsistent. To set the rbnumber or experiment team you must press the set button. To edit the sample parameters or beamline parametes you just type. Choose a method and fix it. (If you choose the set what happens if a user updates the values and then current user updates the values?)
