GUI: DAE Experiment Setup input validation

A number of text boxes in the Data Acquisition and Periods tabs accept non-numeric characters, even after clicking the Apply Changes button.

It doesn't look like these characters make it to the DAE, because if the GUI is restarted it displays the previous values, but it should validate user input in the first place (for example, the time channels tables and period tables don't accept non-numeric characters)
