Description
As a developer it makes more sense if the SlitGapParameter issues its commands to a component because all other parameters refer to a component.
Remove hacky code in `_set_sp_perform_no_move` from SlitGapParameter. We didn't do it at the time because there were multiple tickets open editing this.
