Source Name | Characteristics | Term Accession Number | Term Source REF | Sample Name

  • Will be serialised differently in JSON with characteristics.value being output as str() or OntologyAnnotation() respectively.
  • Affects round-tripping expectations

Documentation is needed to fully qualify this aspect and good practices for producing ISA-Tab (ISA JSON) documents.
