Molecules not visible sometimes during the Observer Trials

Description
This bug happens seemingly randomly, where the molecules are not visible during the Observer Trials. This never happens during the live simulations, only during playback. Here is some footage:

The molecules appear after disabling and re-enabling the 'Simulation' object.
