Description
As RDG team member (https://entrepot.recherche.data.gouv.fr/ ) , we propose a new feature:
Make publicationDate (in citation and dataset metadata tab) match the viewed datasetversion (date of last published version) instead of "first publication date of dvobject"

Research direction
Start by locating where publicationDate is rendered in the citation and dataset metadata tab, then trace how the viewed dataset version and its last publication date are selected. Done means both displays use the viewed dataset version's publication date rather than the DvObject's first publication date.
