Research direction

Reproduce the issue on the Dataset Page's Versions tab using the linked dataset and screencast, with a long description and multiple versions. Inspect the View Details modal and the description collapse behavior, including related issue #8628. Done means the collapse feature still works after opening and closing the modal.
