Description

Overview of the Feature Request
The backend is already built for this, it shouldn't be difficult to add a button to the superuser dashboard. Type in "pan" and click "show collection size".

What kind of user is the feature intended for?
Superuser, SYSADMIN

What inspired the request?
Harvard Dataverse has collection size limited to 1 terabyte. This would be an easy way to check collection sizes for those groups requesting larger data support in HDV

What existing behavior do you want changed?
addition to the dashbard

Any brand new behavior do you want to add to Dataverse?

Research direction

Locate the existing superuser dashboard and the backend collection-size functionality mentioned in the issue. First confirm how the dashboard accepts a collection name such as "pan" and how existing actions are wired. Done means superusers can enter a collection and click a "show collection size" action that displays its size.
