Description
In older versions of Dataverse (screenshot from 5.3 below), the Versions tab seemed to display the creation date under the "Published" column header:

At some point, I can't find where, this got cleaned up, the column header changed to Published on and the DRAFT publication date is now rendered correctly blank.
One of our consortium members found this information useful, however, and would like to see the creation date for DRAFT dataset versions, which might require adding a column header, or deciding on some other clean way of displaying this information alongside the publication date?

Research direction
Start by inspecting the Versions tab and its current Published on rendering for DRAFT versions. Review how the tab distinguishes publication dates from other version information, then define and implement an agreed presentation for creation dates and verify the resulting DRAFT display.
