XML Parsing Error : duplicate attribute

A user recently submitted a bug report which is exactly the same behaviour as reported in issue #8116.
He seems to be the only user currently affected.

What steps does it take to reproduce the issue?

• When does this issue occur?
  At dataset creation : the user starts filling the fields normally, clicks on save.

• What happens?
  The following message is displayed :

I'm attaching a log excerpt from the moment when the dataset was created.

Start by reading issue #8116, which is reported as the same behavior, then reproduce dataset creation with a contributor account using the steps here. Inspect the attached log excerpt alongside the generated response; done means dataset creation no longer produces the duplicate-attribute XML parsing error.
