Description

While testing: #7661 against list provided by @jggautier at the bottom of #7387 found that a few cases were not covered by the new setting:

Export
DataCite publisher
Schema.org includedInDataCatalog > name

HTML meta tags in the dataset pages:
<meta name="DC.publisher" content="Demo Dataverse" />
<meta property="og:site_name" content="Demo Dataverse" />

Research direction

Start by tracing the :InstallationName setting through the Export and dataset-page metadata paths, including the DataCite publisher, Schema.org includedInDataCatalog > name, and HTML meta tags. Done means each listed output uses the configured installation name, including DC.publisher and og:site_name.
