Description
Background: At QDR, we now have had multiple cases, typically for restricted data, where users contacted depositors in situations where we at QDR would have been the better first point of contact.
Proposal: We'd therefore like to add an option in the contact depositor dialog that send an email to both the repository admin and the depository. Since there are cases where people will definitely want to email just the depository, we suggest a radio button (or similar toggle) to select between these two options.
We're curious if there are others who'd see value in (some version of) this -- in which case putting this into Dataverse as a configurable option would make more sense.

Research direction
Start by locating the contact depositor dialog and the email recipient handling. Clarify whether the feature should support a configurable repository option or only a recipient toggle, then define completion as selecting depositor-only or admin-and-depositor delivery and verifying both paths.
