Description

When an admin assigns the file downloader role on the permissions page for a dataset or dataverse, the user's name needs to appear in the tables on the files permissions page (currently is not).

Example: I've added Sonia as File Downloader to this dataset on the dataset permissions page, but she is not appearing in the files permission page.

Research direction

No source files or tests are named. Reproduce the example by assigning the File Downloader role on a dataset or dataverse, then compare the dataset permissions page with the files permissions page. Trace how inherited permissions are represented in both tables; done means the user's name appears on the files permission page.
