Overview of the Feature Request

Open container-integration-tests.yml and dataverse-jsf-tests.yml, then find the “Start Dataverse Stack” step in each workflow. Add the specified locally FAIR flag to both workflows and run the relevant workflow tests to confirm the locally FAIR test no longer fails.
