In OpenAIRE/oai_datacite export, add what user enters in Time Period field to the date property

Overview of the Feature Request

When a user enters dates in the Citation metadata block's Time Period field, the OpenAIRE/oai_datacite export should include those dates in the date property, as the DataCite/Datacite export already does. Currently, the OpenAIRE/oai_datacite export does not include what users enter in the Time Period field.

What inspired the request?

This is part of a larger effort to align the OpenAIRE/oai_datacite and DataCite/Datacite metadata exports. There is more context at https://github.com/IQSS/dataverse/issues/11916 and https://github.com/IQSS/dataverse/issues/12281.

What existing behavior do you want changed?

Currently, the DataCite/Datacite export includes what the user enters in the Citation metadata block's Time Period field in the date property. For example:

The OpenAIRE/oai_datacite export does not include the Time Period field.

The OpenAIRE/oai_datacite export should be changed to include the Time Period field in the date property in the same way that the DataCite/Datacite export does.

Compare the OpenAIRE/oai_datacite implementation with the existing DataCite/Datacite export, following how the Citation metadata block's Time Period value reaches the date property. Add matching handling for closed, open-ended, and open-start ranges, and verify that the generated XML matches the examples.
