Hello Dataverse community,
We experience an issue using License/Data Use Agreement link such as https://entrepot.recherche.data.gouv.fr/api/datasets/:persistentId/versions/1.0/customlicense?persistentId=doi:10.57745/TCE1KI
Once the url is resolved as https://entrepot.recherche.data.gouv.fr/dataset.xhtml?persistentId=doi:10.57745/TCE1KI&version=1.0&selectTab=termsTab we are in Terms tab but cannot access to Files tab anymore.

Expected : being able to navigate also to Files tab.

Start by reproducing the redirect from the customlicense API URL to dataset.xhtml with selectTab=termsTab, using the demo.dataverse.org example. Inspect the Terms and Files tab navigation and verify why the Files tab cannot be opened after the redirect. Done means both tabs remain navigable after following the License/Data Use Agreement link, with the behavior checked against the reported Dataverse versions.
