Description
Problem:
RT support receives an increasing number of inquiries related to user account management. These range from "updated affiliation" to "inability to log in." It appears that DV should allow users to update their accounts without connecting with RT.
Solution:
Improve account management options for users so they can change and update their own affiliations, update their emails, and fix the never ending problem of reset emails ending up in user spam folders.
Impact:
Seriously decrease the number of account-related RT inquiries being managed by our team
