Save user searches

Overview of the Feature Request
As a researcher, I want to be able to save my searches in order to identify the new results for my search.
Ideally this would be twofold :

• I can save searches and relaunch them
• I can get notified if new dataset match my search

What kind of user is the feature intended for?
Researchers looking for a specific type of data.
Research management personnel looking to identify specific trends or research topics.

Any brand new behavior do you want to add to Dataverse?

Allow users doing a search on the UI to save it.
Add a new section in the Account page to list these saved searches, clicking a search I can launch that search again.
Identify regularly (tbd if the regularity should be customizable by the users) new results for the searches
Notify users if there are new results for their searches
Allow users to disable notifications for such saved searches

The issue names no files, tests, or entry points; begin by clarifying the mockups, notification schedule, and required behavior before locating the affected search and Account-page code. Done should include saving and relaunching searches, detecting new dataset matches, defined notification behavior, and disabling notifications, with acceptance criteria and tests.
