Overview of the Feature Request
Following up on our discussion about the storage quota/upload limit (see https://github.com/IQSS/dataverse-frontend/pull/921), @jp-tosca shared some suggestions that could improve the user experience.
- Add detailed error message and show the total size of collection

Start by reviewing the related frontend pull request #921 and issue #1061 to understand the storage quota and upload-page context. Confirm the upload page's current behavior, then implement the requested detailed quota error with total collection size and a Done button. Done means these improvements are visible in the upload flow and cover the shown quota case.
