Description

Overview of the Feature Request
Grid display of Featured Dataverses

What kind of user is the feature intended for?
All users, including Admin

What inspired the request?
We have many Featured Dataverses that we want to see on the screen at once.

What existing behavior do you want changed?
Th current carousel the scrolls horizontally does not allow us to see all our Featured at once in one screen. One has to scroll horizontally.

Any brand-new behavior do you want to add to Dataverse?
Allow Featured Dataverses to be displayed as a grid.
