Description
Overview of the Feature Request Currently quotas may only be set or modified via API, but many archivists aren't quite comfortable using the API. It would be nice to allow quotas to be set in the new GUI.
What kind of user is the feature intended for? Superuser
What inspired the request? Daily operation.
What existing behavior do you want changed? API-only quota configuration.
Any brand-new behavior do you want to add to Dataverse? GUI quota configuration.
Any open or closed issues related to this feature request? I didn't find any.

Research direction
Start by locating the existing GUI collection settings and the API path currently used for quota configuration. Determine how a superuser should set and edit a collection quota in the GUI, then verify that the interface persists the value and reflects the resulting quota.
