Description
Philip Durbin suggested to create an issue for this feature. Thanks Philip!
- Create the flexibility to allow customized branding for the differences among main header/footer and sub-collections' header/footer.
- Some sub-collection owners would like to have their own headers/footers that are different from the main header/footer in subcollection's landing page.
- There is a feature request from the old UI site: https://github.com/IQSS/dataverse/issues/10252. It will be great if the new UI can have this feature available.

Research direction
Start by reading the related old UI request in issue #10252 and tracing the current subcollection landing-page implementation. Identify how the main header and footer are rendered, then define done as allowing subcollections to use branding and header/footer content distinct from the main site.
