Migrate tutorial materials from Modelio 3.8 to Modelio 4.1

This affects the tutorial materials (in the SVN of the into-cps association), and the tutorial text in the current repository.

Steps to reproduce the problem:
Step 1. Change workspace to ../tutorial_3/sysML/ and open LineFollowRobot
When you change the workspace to the correct place and open the LinefollowRobot it asks you to migrate to 4.1.0 im unsure if this is an issue.
Step 2. Open architectural view.
You will see the Block and Port component model in the panel. These are the once we need in the connection view to execute the tutorial.
Step 3. Open Connections view.
The panel has now changed, and the port and block components are no longer available. (This is the issue at hand)
