Description

Users of semantic sql will find a reasonable fraction of the jupyter tutorial
reflected in R/RSQLite operations managed in the ontoProc2 package, which
may appear in Bioc 3.23 in April. For now, github-only:

Research direction

Start with the linked ontoProc2 vignette and the repository's Jupyter tutorial, then identify the semantic SQL operations that should be represented in R/RSQLite. Done means a new or updated R vignette documents a reasonable fraction of that tutorial for users of semantic SQL.
