Think about full reasoned redundancy for existentials

We keep running into issues that conflict between logical and graph aspects in ontologies. It is unreasonable to believe that clients will be able to understand inferencing well enough to show "all the relevant information about a term". For example:

- limb is part of body
- arm is a limb

A user really wants to know that an arm is part of the body (I should have picked a better example). This issue is important to users like ZFIN that want to show "all the stage information" in their curation tools: without complicated materialisation preprocessing:

I think we need to define a proper nice ontology release variant intended for ontology browsers that makes it easy to "show everything about a term" easily.
