[Feat]Allow users to create tags and associate them with tasks

A user might want to associate different tasks to different domains of their life like personal, work etc

**Describe the solution you'd like**
Allow creation of tags and give option to associate a task to different tags (maybe multiple).

Start by tracing the task creation and editing entry points and the app's task data model. Clarify how users create tags, select multiple tags, and see them associated with tasks before implementation. Done means users can create tags and associate one or more tags with a task.
