Issue

The current release (2.5.0 & Master branch) supports Conformance tables for SDPi Actors & normative SDC references, including core SDC standards + base & metric PKPs; however, the requirements are incomplete and the detail minimal. There is also no content detail for use cases, device specializations (per TF-3) or topics like "security" conformance. In order to advance testing based on SDPi requirements, detailed requirements specifications for these need to be completed.

Proposed Change

Update the SDPi standard to include complete (or at least baseline) requirement specifications for:

1. SDPi Profile "AIPO", including: Profile Options, Gateway Actors, + filtering out of actors with no requirements yet defined.
2. Use Cases (incl. Silent ICU when added)
3. Device Specializations (TF-3 semantic modules + BICEPS actors too)
4. Security (topic based technical requirements)
5. SES requirements - at least some fundamental ones
6. Normative References for 11073-10207, -20700, -20701, -10700, -10701

All these should be reflected in tables in the Conformance clause of the standard.
