Add exported-artifacts folder for generated files

Issue

Currently, artifacts that are generated from the SDPi standard are saved in the referenced-artifacts folder; however, that folder was intended for files that are linked from the standard document, such as XML/JSON files for device specializations. As we now move to add these device modality files, we should use the referenced-artifacts folder for its original purpose.

Proposed Change

Create a new folder for exported-artifacts and save the generated files in that folder. Return the referenced-artifacts folder for it's original purpose.
